Please read this carefully — it applies to everything the app shows you, including anything the AI coach says.
Informational use only
OpnFit is a general wellness and information tool. It displays the health and fitness data already recorded by your devices and stored in your Google account, and offers a conversational coach that can talk through those numbers.
Everything it presents — every chart, metric, trend, and every AI-generated response — is for general informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not intended to:
- diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition;
- interpret or analyse data for a medical purpose; or
- replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
Talk to a professional
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, your heart rate, your sleep, your weight, your activity levels, or before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise, diet, or treatment.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you saw in OpnFit or were told by the AI coach.
If this is an emergency
If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on OpnFit in an emergency.
The AI coach can be wrong
The coach is an experimental AI feature. It can make mistakes, misunderstand your data, or produce confident-sounding but incorrect statements. It cannot examine you and does not know your full medical history. Treat everything it says as a starting point for a conversation with a real clinician — never as a conclusion.
Your data may be incomplete or delayed
The numbers shown depend on when your wearable last synced with Google, and on the accuracy of your device itself. Data may lag, be partial, or be missing. Do not make health decisions based solely on what OpnFit displays.
No doctor–patient relationship
Using OpnFit does not create any doctor–patient, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and the developers or contributors of the project.
